Google now including facebook pages in search – importance of social media
Google is now including public status updates from Facebook pages now in real-time search. So having a facebook page for your business and making sure that you are updating that page is even more important from a Search Engine Optimisation perspective.
So if you don’t have a facebook page for your business and you are using Social Media and SEO as your primary acquisition channels, it is time to create them. Also if you already have one, then it is time to start updating them often.
