Setting up email signature in Outlook 2003

Creating the Signature
Open Outlook 2003
Select Tools > Options
On the box that pops up Select Mail Format (third tab)
Click on Signatures button down the bottom
Click on New and Give the signature a name and Click Next
Enter your details
Put the cursor where you want the image to show
Right Click here and select “Insert Imageâ€
Click the Browse button and find your image
Click on OK
Associating the Signature
Select Tools > Options
On the box that pops up, Select Mail Format
On the Signatures section , where it says “Signature for new messagesâ€, pick your new signature that you just created.
Click OK
This should now work
